Set-Up Day

  • Set up starts at 10:00am the day BEFORE the show and ends at 6:00pm unless otherwise stated

  • Tables are pre-assigned

  • Set up day is ONLY accessible for dealers setting up for the show

  • Display cases can be rented $50/day (must book display case one month in advance)

Need To Knows For Vendors

Show Day

  • ONLY assigned dealers can set up

  • Please wear your show lanyard  while at the show

  • Each table has 1 chair - if you need more, please let us know

  • Tables, booths, and displays may not block aisles or exits

  • Vendors can get in to the venue two hours before the show starts on show day

  • Vendors get TWO badges with their first table purchases, and one additional badge after.
